Slogan and Artwork Contest
100th County Fair Anniversary fundraising kickoff
Seminole County will celebrate our 100th annual county fair in 2021, just four short years from now. The Seminole County Fair Board invites everyone in the county to participate in the fundraising and special events we're planning to help build and accessorize our new fairgrounds.
We'll kick off the project with a contest to find a slogan and artwork for our four-year campaign with a $200 prize. Entrants must be a Seminole County resident and be age 18 or under, or a high school senior or younger on April 1, 2018, including homeschooled students.
Submissions should include a short slogan and related artwork, should be fair-related, school-appropriate and family friendly.
Submissions should include a slogan and related artwork on a white 8.5x11-inch paper with the entrant's name, address, age and phone number on the back Submissions should be mailed flat in a large envelope to Seminole County Fair Board, PO Box 912, Wewoka, OK 74884, and must be received by April 6, 2018.
The winning entry will be chosen by the Seminole County Fair Board members on April 10, 2018 and will be contacted by phone. The winner will receive $200.
The winning slogan and artwork will become the property of the Seminole County Fair Board and will be used on the cover of the Seminole County Fair book, letterhead, for advertising purposes and any other use, separately and in combination.
